Version 11 (October 26, 2026: plain wording in Sections 1, 3 and 8; one plan in Sections 9 and 9A, with Pro and Agency taken out and Section 23 removed; support reply times taken out of Section 22). Effective date: October 26, 2026

Version 9 (October 25, 2026: LeakVoid is not available in Utah, added everywhere these terms exclude Maine). Effective date: October 25, 2026
Version 8 (October 25, 2026: what happens when a site does not respond to a notice, in Section 1; support response times, in Section 22). Effective date: October 25, 2026
Version 7 (October 25, 2026: at launch LeakVoid works only from the links you send us, with no searching, uploads, hash matching or reverse image search, in Sections 1, 6, 7, 12 and 15; content that appears to show a minor in Section 8). Effective date: October 25, 2026
Version 6 (October 24, 2026: plans and prices in Section 9 (Core, Pro and Agency, with Agency's per-creator price, minimum and seat changes in Section 23); Stripe as our main payment processor and Segpay as our alternate in Sections 9 and 11; reporting fake accounts wording in Sections 1 and 8; agency accounts in new Section 23; US territories in Section 3; deleting your account and the guarantee in Section 11; a creator's own account after their agency's permission ends in Section 23; the age of 21 for Puerto Rico in Sections 3 and 23). Replaced by Version 7 before it took effect
These terms are a contract between you and Leak Void LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("LeakVoid," "we," "us"). They cover your use of the LeakVoid website and service. Please read them. They include an arbitration agreement and a class action waiver in Section 17. They also explain that your subscription renews every month until you cancel (Section 9).
By checking the box at checkout and clicking the button to start your subscription, you agree to these terms.
1. What LeakVoid does
We don't review your account day to day.
When you subscribe, we:
- take the links you send us to copies of the works you register with us (your "Registered Works"). We do not search the web or any platform for copies;
- prepare copyright takedown notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) for you to sign, and send the ones you sign to websites, hosts, network providers, domain registrars and platforms;
- prepare requests to search engines, including Google, to remove links to infringing copies from search results, and walk you through submitting them yourself on the search engine's own form;
- prepare reports of fake accounts that you tell us about, for you to file yourself (we do not search for or find fake accounts); and
- give you a dashboard that shows the links you sent us, what we sent and what happened.
How matching works. We match by link only. You send us links to copies of your Registered Works, and we check each link against your own pages and your allow list. You do not upload image or video files to us, we do not download images or videos from the links you send us, and we do not use image hashes, reverse image search or facial recognition.
You sign every notice. For each link you send us, we first show it to you with a short fair-use prompt, and you confirm that it is a copy of your work. We then prepare the notice and put it on your Sign notices screen. We prepare any search engine removal request at the same time, for you to submit on the search engine's own form. Nothing goes out until you sign it there. You can untick any notice before you sign. An unticked notice is taken off the list and is not signed or sent.
If a site does not respond. If a link is still up after a notice, we may prepare a new notice to the company that hosts it, the network provider above it, or its domain registrar, and a search engine removal request for you to submit. We never send a second notice to the same recipient. Each new notice goes on your Sign notices screen, and nothing goes out until you sign it.
Reporting fake accounts. We do not search for or find fake accounts, and we do not report fake accounts for you on any platform. When you tell us about an account that looks like it is pretending to be you, we prepare the report and give you the details and a direct link so you can file it yourself.
We act as your agent when we prepare and send the notices and requests you sign. We never sign them for you. The details of that appointment are in the LeakVoid Agent Authorization, which you sign at checkout. It is part of these terms.
2. We are not a law firm
LeakVoid is not a law firm. We are not your lawyer. Using LeakVoid does not create an attorney-client relationship. We do not give legal advice. That includes advice on whether a use is fair use, whether you own a work, or whether you should sue anyone or respond to a counter-notice.
Our dashboard, emails and help pages give general information only. If you need legal advice, please talk to a licensed attorney in your area.
3. Who can use LeakVoid
You may use LeakVoid only if all of these are true:
- you live in the United States, but not in Maine or Utah;
- you are at least 18 years old, or at least 21 if you live in Puerto Rico or your ID or billing address is from Puerto Rico, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live;
- you are the person shown in, or the owner of, the content you register, or you have the legal right to enforce the copyright in it;
- you prove that the creator accounts you list are yours (Section 3 below explains how); and
- you are not barred from using the service under U.S. law or the law where you live.
United States only, except Maine and Utah. LeakVoid is offered only to residents of the United States, except residents of Maine and Utah. In these terms, the United States includes Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands and the U.S. Minor Outlying Islands, and people who live there can use LeakVoid on the same terms as people who live in a state. We may refuse to open an account, or may close an account, if we reasonably believe the account holder does not live in the United States or lives in Maine or Utah. If we close your account for this reason, we will refund your most recent monthly payment in full, and we will not charge you again. This refund is separate from the latest-month refund guarantee in Section 11 and does not use it up.
Proving the accounts are yours. Before we prepare any notice, you must show that the creator accounts you list are yours. We do this to stop people from filing takedowns in someone else's name. You can use any of these:
- Bio or post code. Where a platform offers no official link (this includes OnlyFans and Fansly as of October 2026), we give you a short code. You put it in your profile bio or in a post, and we check that it is there. You can remove it once we confirm.
- Account link. For platforms where we support it, you can link your account through the platform's official sign-in (OAuth). You sign in on the platform's own page and approve the link. We never ask for your password.
- Document check. This option is not open yet. When it opens, you will be able to upload a government ID for our outside provider to check. There is no selfie and no face matching. Once it opens, you will also need to pass this check to claim the latest-month refund guarantee (Section 11).
If two accounts claim the same handle or the same works, we pause notices for both accounts until our support team has reviewed the proof each person gave. Once the document check opens, it will be one way to give that proof.
One account per person. You may not share your account.
4. Your promises to us
Each time you register a work, add a stage name, approve a match, or let the service send notices for you, you promise that:
- You own or control the rights. You own the copyright in each Registered Work, or you have an exclusive license or written authority to enforce it. If other people appear in or helped create a work, you have the rights needed to enforce it.
- Everything you tell us is true. Your legal name, contact details, stage names, links to your official pages, and descriptions of your works are accurate and current.
- You have not allowed the use. You have not licensed, sold or given permission for the copies we target, unless you tell us about it by adding the site to your allow list.
- You will keep your allow list up to date. If you have licensed your content to a site, a reseller, a promoter or a collaborator, you will add them to your allow list before notices go out.
- You will tell us about mistakes. If you learn that a notice we sent for you was wrong, you will tell us right away by emailing hello@leakvoid.com.
These promises matter. Each notice you sign includes statements made under penalty of perjury, and you are the one making them.
5. Appointing LeakVoid as your agent
At checkout you sign the LeakVoid Agent Authorization. In it you appoint us as your agent to prepare DMCA notices for your Registered Works and send the ones you sign, and to prepare search engine removal requests for you to submit yourself on the search engine's own form. You also make sworn statements about ownership. Please read it before you sign.
You can withdraw that authorization at any time by cancelling your subscription or by emailing hello@leakvoid.com and asking us to stop sending notices for you. Withdrawing your authorization stops new notices. It does not undo notices already sent.
6. No guarantee of removal
We cannot promise that any content will be removed, delisted or kept offline. Websites, hosts, platforms and search engines make their own decisions. Some ignore notices. Some are outside the United States. A person whose content was removed may send a counter-notice, and the platform may put the content back unless you file a lawsuit within the time the law allows. New copies can appear at any time.
We do not search for copies of your Registered Works, so we can prepare notices only for the links you send us. We do not search for fake accounts, so we can prepare reports only for the ones you tell us about.
7. Counter-notices and disputes
If someone sends a counter-notice about a notice we sent for you, we will forward it to you promptly by email and show it in your dashboard. The legal time limit runs from when the platform received the counter-notice, not from when you hear about it. Under U.S. law, the platform may restore the content in 10 to 14 business days unless you file a court action and tell the platform. A lawsuit usually has to be filed in your legal name, and for a United States work you usually need a copyright registration first. We will not file a lawsuit for you, and we cannot give you legal advice about the counter-notice or tell you whether you should sue. If you want to act, please talk to a lawyer quickly.
When we receive a counter-notice or a credible complaint about a notice, we pause new notices for that item until the issue is resolved.
Notices sent in error. If you or we find that a notice was wrong (for example, the site was on your allow list or the match was not your work), we will send the recipient a written withdrawal of that notice for you, tell you that we did, and take no further action on it.
8. Rules for using LeakVoid
You may not use LeakVoid to:
- send a notice about content you do not own or control, or that you have licensed to the target;
- target content because you dislike it, rather than because it copies your work;
- target commentary, criticism, reviews, news reporting, parody, research or other uses that may be fair use, even if they include a small part of your work;
- target honest reviews of you or your content, or posts by critics;
- harass, threaten, silence or identify another person;
- file reports of fake accounts that we prepare against parody, fan or commentary accounts that are clearly labeled as not you;
- target another creator's original content because it looks similar to yours;
- register content that shows anyone under 18, or anyone who did not consent to being recorded or shared;
- give us false information, including a false name, a false stage name, or someone else's ID; or
- copy, resell, reverse engineer or overload the service.
Strikes. If we find that a notice sent at your request was false or abusive, we may give your account a strike. We may pause notices while we look into it. We may suspend or close your account after repeated strikes, or at once for serious abuse. We keep the right to close accounts for abuse. If we do, the latest-month refund guarantee in Section 11 still applies on its usual terms, but no other refund is owed for the current month unless the law requires one.
Content showing minors. If we learn of content that appears to show a minor in a sexual way, we do not open, download or view it further, and we do not store it. Never send us such content, even to report it; send us the link only. We report it to the CyberTipline run by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, as federal law requires, and keep the report and related records for one year, as the law requires. If it is in content you registered or sent us as your own work, we will suspend your account.
9. Your subscription, billing and renewal
Plan and price. We offer one plan, the LeakVoid plan. It is a monthly subscription that costs $49.00 per month, plus any sales tax that applies where you live. We show the tax, if any, before you pay. The price is shown at checkout, in the box you check to agree to automatic renewal, and in your confirmation email. If we offer other plans later, we will add their terms here before we sell them.
Automatic renewal. Your subscription starts when you pay and renews automatically every month until you cancel. We charge the payment method you give us at checkout on the day you sign up, and then on the same day each month (or the closest earlier day in shorter months). A referral credit (Section 9A) replaces one monthly charge. There is no minimum term. There is no free trial unless we say so on the checkout page.
Payment processor. Stripe is our main payment processor. Segpay is our alternate payment processor. If your payments go through Segpay, we tell you at checkout. Your price, billing date and these terms stay the same whichever processor we use. Charges appear on your card statement under the name shown on our pricing page.
Your consent. We will not charge you until you agree to the automatic renewal terms by checking a separate box at checkout. We keep a record of that consent for at least three years, or one year after your subscription ends, whichever is longer.
Confirmation. After you subscribe, we email you a confirmation. It restates the price, how often you are charged, how renewal works, and how to cancel. Please keep it.
Renewal receipts. Each time we charge you, we email you a receipt with the amount, the date and a link to cancel.
Yearly reminder. Each year, 25 to 40 days before the anniversary of your subscription, we email you a reminder that it will keep renewing unless you cancel, what it costs, how often we charge, and how to cancel.
Price changes. If we change the price, we will email you at least 7 days and no more than 30 days before the new price takes effect. The email will tell you the new price, the date it starts and how to cancel. If you do not cancel, the new price applies from your next billing date after it takes effect. If you are charged the new price and cancel within 14 days after that charge, we will refund the unused part of that month.
Failed payments. If a charge fails, we may try again over the next few days. If we cannot collect payment, we may pause the service. We will email you before we do.
9A. Refer a friend
Who can refer. If you have a LeakVoid subscription that you have paid for at least once and that is in good standing, you can share your personal referral link. The link and these referral terms are shown only inside your dashboard.
What you get. When someone signs up through your link and their second monthly payment goes through, you get a credit worth one month of LeakVoid (a "referral credit"). Before then, your friend's first payment must not have been refunded or disputed, and your friend must not have cancelled. You get one credit for each friend who qualifies.
- Your friend pays the regular price every month and does not get a referral credit.
- We add your credit to your account balance. It covers your next monthly charge after the credit is added. If you already have credits waiting, each new one covers the month after.
- We don't charge you for a month a credit covers. Your subscription keeps renewing. When your credits run out, we charge the regular price of your plan (currently $49.00 a month for the LeakVoid plan) plus any tax, on your next billing date unless you cancel.
- We email you when a credit is added and again 3 to 21 days before your credits run out. Each email gives the date and amount of your next charge and a link to cancel. You can cancel at any time at Account > Billing > Cancel subscription.
Conditions.
- Your friend must be new to LeakVoid (no earlier LeakVoid subscription), must live in the United States outside Maine and Utah, and must prove their creator accounts (Section 3).
- Each friend can count as a referral only once, and for only one person.
- You can't refer yourself, including through a second account, another email address or someone acting for you. One account per person applies (Section 3).
- If, before their second monthly payment goes through, your friend's first payment is refunded (including under our latest-month refund guarantee, Section 11) or disputed, or your friend cancels, you don't get a credit from that referral. If your friend's payment is refunded or charged back after your credit is added, we remove that credit from your account balance if it hasn't been used yet. Once a free month has started, we don't take it back, and we never charge you for a month a credit already covered.
- There is no limit on how many referral credits you can earn, as long as each referral meets these conditions.
- Referral credits have no cash value. They can't be sold, transferred or exchanged for money, and they end if your account is closed.
- How we check for referral fraud. We look at account signals (such as the login email, creator accounts and signing names on each account) and payment signals (such as whether the same card is used, which Stripe, our main payment processor, shows us with a card fingerprint that does not reveal the card number, and whether the billing street address and ZIP code are the same). If you or your friend have already passed our document check, for the latest-month refund guarantee or to prove your accounts, we may also compare the verified name and date of birth from that check. We don't ask anyone for an ID check because of a referral.
- If we find self-referrals, duplicate accounts or links spread by spam, we can withhold or cancel the credits from those referrals that haven't started and turn off your link. We will email you to tell you why.
Telling people about your link. If you share your link, you must say that you get a free month when people join through it. Put it at the start of your post or right next to the link, for example: "Ad: LeakVoid gives me a free month if you join with my link." On X, also turn on the Paid Partnership label if X offers it to you. Don't post your link without this, don't spam, don't post it where the site's rules don't allow it, and don't say anything about LeakVoid that isn't true. For example, never say LeakVoid guarantees removal. We may look at public posts that include referral links to check that these rules are followed.
Changes. We can change or end the referral program for new referrals by updating this section. Credits you have already earned stay valid under the terms that applied when you earned them.
10. How to cancel
You can cancel online at any time. Log in and go to Account > Billing > Cancel subscription. Click the button and your cancellation is done. You do not need to call, chat or email anyone.
You can also cancel by sending an email to hello@leakvoid.com with the subject line "Cancel." Our account page also gives you a pre-written cancellation email you can send with one click. We process email cancellations within one business day.
We may show you an offer or explain what happens when you cancel. If we do, a "Click to cancel" button will stay on the screen the whole time, and clicking it cancels your subscription right away.
What happens when you cancel. We will not charge you again. Your service continues until the end of the month you have already paid for. After that, we stop sending new notices. We email you a confirmation of your cancellation.
11. Refunds
Latest-month refund guarantee. You can ask us to refund your most recent monthly payment in full. You don't need to give a reason. To ask, go to Account > Billing > Request a refund, or email hello@leakvoid.com. These limits apply:
- Latest month only. We refund only your most recent monthly payment, including any tax charged with it. Earlier payments are not refunded under the guarantee.
- When you can claim it. At any time while your subscription is active. If you have cancelled, you can claim it within 30 days after your last payment, and not after that.
- If you delete your account. Claim the guarantee before you delete your account. If you delete it first, you can still claim by emailing hello@leakvoid.com within 30 days after your last payment.
- Once per person. Each person can use the guarantee once.
- ID check. Our document check (Section 3) is not open yet. Until it opens, you can claim without it, and we check that each person uses the guarantee once by comparing your account, your email address and your payment card with earlier claims. Once it opens, you must pass it to claim, and if you have not done it yet, we will ask you to complete it when you claim. If you do not pass the check, we will not give a guarantee refund. We then use the verified details from your ID (your name and date of birth) to make sure the guarantee is used once per person and to prevent referral fraud (Section 9A), never face data or your photo. You can make up to 3 attempts in 24 hours. After 6 failed attempts, we pause ID checks on your account and our support team takes over. If a check stops because of an outage or a technical error on our side or our ID provider's, it does not count as a failed check or as an attempt toward these limits, and we will let you try again.
- United States only. The guarantee, like the service, is for residents of the United States other than Maine and Utah. If we close your account because you live outside the United States or in Maine or Utah, Section 3 explains the refund you get instead.
- A refund does not cancel your subscription. It stays active and renews on your next billing date until you cancel. If you want to stop future charges, cancel as described in Section 10. We confirm every refund by email, with your next charge date and amount and a one-click cancel link.
- Timing. We send the refund within one business day after you ask (or after your ID check passes, if you need to do one), to the payment method you paid with, through the payment processor that took the payment (Stripe, or Segpay if your payments go through Segpay). A refund refunds that charge only and never cancels your subscription. It usually shows up within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
- If you are unhappy with a charge. However you tell us, if you have not used the guarantee yet and can still claim it, we will offer it to you. There are no other conditions, and your account stays open.
- Notices. A refund does not change notices we have already sent for you. If you later cancel, notices already sent cannot be recalled.
No other refunds. Apart from the latest-month refund guarantee, payments are not refundable and we do not give partial refunds for unused days, except as stated in Section 9 for a price increase, or where the law requires it.
If we charged you by mistake, or charged you after you cancelled, we will refund that charge.
Nothing in this section limits any right you have under the law where you live.
12. Your content and our license
You keep all rights in your content. You give us a limited license to copy and analyze your Registered Works, and to store your stage names and the information you give us, only to run the service for you. We work only from links, so we do not receive or keep your image or video files. We do not use facial recognition, and we do not create face templates or other biometric data. We do not use your content to train AI models for anyone else, and we do not sell or share it for advertising.
13. Your privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it. It is part of these terms. Please note one point here: a DMCA notice must include contact information, and platforms and search engines may share notices with others. Google, for example, shares copies of many copyright notices with the Lumen database, which may publish them. Each notice carries the name you sign with and our contact details, not your home address, phone or personal email. The name you sign with may become public, so you can use a stage name.
14. You agree to cover us for your false claims
If someone makes a claim against us because of (a) a false statement you made to us, (b) content you registered that you did not have the right to enforce, (c) your breach of these terms, or (d) your misuse of the service, you agree to pay for our losses, including reasonable attorneys' fees. This does not apply to the extent the claim was caused by our own error in matching or sending. We will tell you promptly about any such claim and let you take part in the defense.
15. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. We do not promise the service will be uninterrupted or error free, or that any particular content will be removed.
Some states do not allow some of these disclaimers. If you live in one of them, some of this section may not apply to you.
16. Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows:
- we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue or lost data; and
- our total liability for all claims about the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or (b) $100.
These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud or for gross negligence or willful misconduct where the law does not allow a limit.
17. Arbitration and class action waiver
Please read this section carefully. It affects your rights.
Talk to us first. Before either of us starts an arbitration or a small claims case, the one with the claim must send the other a written notice of dispute. Send yours to hello@leakvoid.com or to Leak Void LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801. We will send ours to your account email. Each notice must be about one person only and must include that person's name, the account email, a description of the problem and the relief or amount wanted. You must sign your notice yourself, even if a lawyer also signs it. For 60 days after the notice is received, we will both try in good faith to resolve the dispute, and neither of us may start an arbitration or a court case about it, except as the Exceptions paragraph allows. If either of us asks during that time, we will hold one phone or video call of up to 30 minutes; you will take part personally and may bring a lawyer, and we will bring someone who can settle. For both of us, all deadlines that apply to the dispute, including statutes of limitations and filing fee deadlines, are paused from the day the notice is received until the 60 days end. If an arbitration is started without this step, the arbitrator or the arbitration provider may pause it until the step is done.
Binding individual arbitration. If the dispute is not resolved within the 60 days, you and we agree that any dispute about these terms or the service will be decided by binding individual arbitration, not in court. The arbitration will be run by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules and, when they apply, its Mass Arbitration Supplementary Rules and Consumer Mass Arbitration and Mediation Fee Schedule, each in the version in effect when the demand is filed (available at adr.org). If one of those rules changes after you accept these terms in a way that is worse for you, you may choose the version in effect when you accepted. A single arbitrator will decide each case. The arbitrator may award the same individual relief a court could. A court, not an arbitrator, decides any dispute about whether this section, the class action waiver or the Mass filings paragraph can be enforced. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this section.
Fees. For claims under $10,000, we will pay all filing, administrative and arbitrator fees, including your share of any mass arbitration fees, unless the arbitrator finds your claim was frivolous or filed to harass. For larger claims, fees are split as the provider's consumer rules require.
Location. The hearing may be held by video, by phone, on written submissions, or in person in the county where you live.
Small claims court. Either of us may bring an individual claim in small claims court instead, if it qualifies.
Mass filings. If the AAA treats 25 or more similar demands filed by or against us, with the same or coordinated lawyers, as a mass arbitration, its Mass Arbitration Supplementary Rules apply, including a process arbitrator for procedural issues and a global mediation that runs alongside the cases. In that case, you and we also agree to the following. Each demand must be filed separately and must have completed the Talk to us first step. The AAA may appoint the arbitrators directly from its roster and may assign more than one case to the same arbitrator, with the usual rights to disclosures and to challenge an arbitrator. Where our papers are substantially the same across cases, we may each file them once for all of those cases. Each case stays separate, is decided on its own facts and gets its own award. A decision in one case does not bind anyone who was not a party to that case, except for procedural rulings that the process arbitrator makes under the AAA's rules after the affected parties have had a chance to be heard. Nothing in this paragraph makes any case wait for other cases to be decided first. If both sides agree in writing after the dispute arises to run test cases first, all deadlines for the waiting cases are paused while they wait.
Class action waiver. You and we may bring claims only in our individual capacity. Neither of us may bring or take part in a class action, class arbitration, or representative action. An arbitrator may hear more than one person's case as the Mass filings paragraph allows, but may not combine them into one proceeding or one award, and may not award relief to or against anyone who is not a party to the case.
Exceptions. Either of us may go to court to stop infringement or misuse of intellectual property. If a court decides that the class action waiver or any other limit in this section cannot be enforced for a particular claim or remedy (such as public injunctive relief), that claim or remedy must be decided in court, after the arbitration of all other claims is finished, and the court case on it will be paused until then.
If part of this section cannot be enforced. If a court decides that any part of this section other than the class action waiver cannot be enforced, that part is removed and the rest of this section still applies.
Opting out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days after you first accept these terms. Email hello@leakvoid.com with the subject "Arbitration opt-out" and include your name and account email. If you accepted an earlier version of these terms, you may instead reject the changes to this Section 17 by sending the same email within 30 days after we email you about them; the earlier version of Section 17 will then keep applying to you. Opting out does not affect the rest of these terms.
Changes to this section. We will give notice of any change to this section as Section 20 requires. A change to this section does not apply to any dispute that arose, or any notice of dispute that was sent, before the change takes effect.
18. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict of law rules. If a dispute goes to court (for example, if you opt out of arbitration), it will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, unless the law where you live gives you the right to sue at home.
19. Ending the service
You can stop using LeakVoid at any time by cancelling. We can suspend or close your account if you break these terms, if we are required to by law, or if a payment provider or platform requires it. If we stop offering the service entirely, we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email and refund any prepaid amount for time after the service ends.
Sections 4, 8, 12, 14, 15, 16, 17 and 18 survive the end of your subscription.
20. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will email you at least 30 days before it takes effect and post the new version on this page. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the change takes effect and you will not be charged under the new terms. A change to the price follows the notice rule in Section 9. Changes do not apply to disputes that arose before the change.
21. Other terms
These terms, the Privacy Policy and the Agent Authorization are the whole agreement between us. If a part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest stays in effect. If we do not enforce a term right away, we have not given up the right to enforce it later. You may not transfer these terms without our consent. We may transfer them to a company that takes over the service, and we will tell you if that happens.
