When am I charged?
After launch, when you subscribe, then on the same day each month until you cancel.
How do I cancel?
Go to Account, Billing, Cancel subscription, and confirm. Your service runs to the end of the month you already paid for, and you are not charged again.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. At any time while your subscription is active, or within 30 days of your last payment if you cancel, you can ask us to refund your most recent monthly payment in full. You don't need to give a reason. Each person can use the guarantee once. We check that each person uses the guarantee once by looking at your account, email address and payment card. Once our ID check opens, you must pass it to claim (a photo of your passport, US passport card, driver's license, state or national ID card, or US permanent resident card (green card); no selfie), and if you don't pass, there is no guarantee refund. Planning to delete your account? Claim the guarantee first. If you delete first, you can still claim by emailing hello@leakvoid.com within 30 days after your last payment. The guarantee, like LeakVoid, is for US residents only, except residents of Maine and Utah. A refund does not cancel your plan. It keeps renewing at $49 a month until you cancel, which you do separately at Account > Billing > Cancel subscription. Ask at Account > Billing > Request a refund, or email hello@leakvoid.com. The refund goes back to the card you paid with and usually shows up within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. Other payments aren't refunded, except charges made by mistake or after you cancel, and where the law requires.
