Your paid posts turning up somewhere else is a hard thing to find. Where the copy sits decides what you do next. A copy posted on OnlyFans itself goes to OnlyFans' copyright agent. A copy on any other site goes to that site, and OnlyFans has a separate contact route for those. This guide covers both, in OnlyFans' own words.
LeakVoid is not affiliated with or endorsed by OnlyFans.
First: is the copy on OnlyFans or somewhere else?
OnlyFans' DMCA Takedown Policy opens by limiting itself. It "is to be used only for reporting infringing content published on onlyfans.com." For material on other websites, the same page says: "To request assistance with removing infringing material found on other websites, please contact us here: https://onlyfans.com/contacts."
So:
- Copy on OnlyFans (for example, another account reposting your work): send a DMCA notice to OnlyFans' designated agent. Steps below.
- Copy on another site: send a notice to that site or its host. Our guide on how to send a DMCA takedown notice covers how. OnlyFans' DMCA page also says you can ask it for help through its contact form. Its terms say it is under no obligation to send notices for you (see below).
What OnlyFans' terms say about leaks elsewhere
Two lines in OnlyFans' Terms of Service matter here. First, as a creator you give OnlyFans "the right to submit notifications of infringement (including of copyright or trademark) on your behalf to any third-party that is infringing your Content." Second, in the next sentence: "We are under no obligation to submit such notifications or to police infringements of your Content."
The terms also say OnlyFans is "not liable to you if your Content is copied, distributed, reposted elsewhere or its copyright is infringed." In plain terms, OnlyFans may help, but you should not count on it to chase copies for you.
OnlyFans' Terms also say its Complaints Policy explains how to complain about intellectual property on other platforms. But the Complaints Policy itself says it "does not apply to complaints regarding ... copyright infringement" and sends those to the DMCA Takedown Policy. For copyright, follow the DMCA page: notices about copies on OnlyFans go to its designated agent, and for copies elsewhere you can use the contact form.
How to report a copy that is on OnlyFans
OnlyFans says it is not based in the United States but has "chosen to voluntarily comply" with the DMCA's notice and takedown rules. Its policy asks for six things:
- "an electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright or other intellectual property interest"
- a "description of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property that you claim has been infringed"
- "a description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the Site (preferably including specific url's associated with the material)"
- "your address, telephone number, and email address"
- a statement that you have "a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law"
- a statement "made under penalty of perjury" that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner
These match the six parts in our free notice template, so you can use that and add the OnlyFans links.
Where to send it. The policy names a designated agent at a private law firm, with a postal address, a fax number and the email address dmca@onlyfans.com (the page writes it as "dmca [at] onlyfans [dot] com"). Check the DMCA page for the current details before you send.
Two rules to follow. OnlyFans says "All DMCA notices and counter-notifications must be written in the English language," and notices in other languages "will be deemed non-compliant and disregarded." It also asks you not to send anything else to the agent. Payment, account and other support questions "will not receive a response" there and go to customer service instead.
What happens after you send it
According to OnlyFans' policy:
- The copy may come down. "When the Designated Agent receives a valid Notice, the Site will expeditiously remove and/or disable access to the infringing material and shall notify the affected user."
- An incomplete notice may get a second chance. If a notice does not meet every DMCA requirement but "does comply with three requirements for identifying sites that are infringing," OnlyFans says it "shall attempt to contact or take other reasonable steps to contact the complaining party to help that party comply."
- The poster can push back. The affected user can send a counter-notification. OnlyFans says it will forward it to you, and will put the material back "within ten to fourteen (10-14) days" of receiving it unless it gets notice that you have filed a court action. Read what a counter-notice means for you before you do anything.
- Repeat posters can lose their accounts. OnlyFans calls it "the firm policy of the Site to terminate the account of repeat copyright infringers, when appropriate."
Before you send
Be sure the copy is really infringing. OnlyFans' policy warns that misrepresenting facts in a notice "can result in legal liability for damages, court costs and attorneys fees under federal law," and that it "will investigate and take action against anyone abusing the DMCA notification or counter-notification procedure." A collaborator or promoter you licensed is not a leak. If someone else shot the photo or video, check who owns it first. Our takedown guide explains ownership.
Do it yourself for free
You can write and send the notice yourself. None of the OnlyFans pages we read mention a fee to send a DMCA notice or to use the contact form. To find copies on other sites, see our guide to finding copies of your content. To ask search engines to drop links, see removing copies from Google Search.
What nobody can promise
Nobody can promise every copy comes down. OnlyFans' DMCA policy only covers OnlyFans itself, and its terms say it has no obligation to chase copies on other sites. A poster can send a counter-notice, and the material may then be restored. New uploads are new copies and need new notices. Sites outside OnlyFans each decide for themselves how to respond.
Where LeakVoid fits
Doing this for every copy is the hard part. With LeakVoid, you send us the links. We prepare your notices. You review and sign each one, and we send them. We email your signed notices to sites that take notices by email, and when a site only takes its own web form, we give you a ready-to-file packet. Your dashboard shows each notice's status. We don't give legal advice, and we can't promise any site will remove a copy.
The LeakVoid plan, $17.99 a month, plus any sales tax that applies where you live. Available in the US only.
Get your notices prepared or see how it works.

Not sure yet? Email one link to hello@leakvoid.com. We'll reply with how that site takes notices: by email, only through its own web form (we prepare a packet), or through no public channel we could find.
