Version 5 (October 24, 2026: search engine requests are prepared for you to submit yourself; reporting fake accounts wording). Effective date: October 27, 2026
This is the document you sign at checkout. It lets Leak Void LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("LeakVoid"), prepare copyright takedown notices for you and send the ones you sign, and prepare search engine removal requests for you to submit yourself. It also contains your own sworn statements about the content you register. Please read it carefully. It is part of the LeakVoid Terms of Service.
The short version: you sign every takedown notice yourself. LeakVoid prepares it and sends it for you. Nothing goes out without your signature. Search engine removal requests are different: LeakVoid prepares them, and you submit them yourself on the search engine's own form.
Part 1. Who is signing
- Your legal name: the name you type when you sign. We keep this private. It does not go in notices unless you choose it as your signing name, or a platform requires it and you agree first (Part 5).
- Name you sign notices with: your stage name or legal name, as you choose
- Name to use as the copyright owner in notices: your stage name, business name or legal name, as you choose
- Creator accounts you have proved are yours: as listed on your dashboard, with how each was proved
- Stage names and handles covered: as listed on your dashboard
- Official pages where you post your own content: as listed on your dashboard
- Sites and people you have licensed (your allow list): as listed on your dashboard
If you own your content through a company, also give the company's legal name: (optional). You confirm that you are authorized to sign for that company.
Part 2. What you authorize LeakVoid to do
You appoint LeakVoid as your agent to do the following for you:
- Prepare notices. Prepare DMCA notices of claimed infringement under 17 U.S.C. 512(c)(3) and 512(d), and similar copyright notices under the law of other countries, about copies of your Registered Works, under the rules in Part 4.
- Send the notices you sign. Send each notice you sign to the website, host, network provider, domain registrar, platform or designated agent it is addressed to.
- Search engine requests. Prepare removal requests for Google, Bing and other search engines, and walk you through submitting them yourself on each search engine's own form. LeakVoid does not submit them for you.
- Follow-up. Answer platform questions about a notice, provide a copy of this authorization as proof that LeakVoid sends notices for you, and receive and forward counter-notices to you.
- Withdraw notices sent in error. If you or LeakVoid finds that a notice was wrong, send the recipient a written withdrawal of that notice for you, and tell you that it did. A withdrawal does not need a new signature from you. For a search engine request you submitted yourself, we tell you how to withdraw it through the same form.
Who signs. You do. Each notice carries your own electronic signature, which you give for that notice on the Sign notices screen (Part 4). LeakVoid never signs a notice for you. Each notice uses LeakVoid's address and email as the contact details, not yours.
Reporting fake accounts is not covered. LeakVoid does not search for or find fake accounts, and it does not report fake accounts for you on any platform. When you tell it about an account that seems to be pretending to be you, it prepares the report and gives it to you to file yourself.
Limits on this authorization. LeakVoid may act only for works you have registered in your dashboard and only for stage names you have listed. LeakVoid may not:
- sign a notice for you, or send a notice you have not signed;
- file a lawsuit or any court paper for you;
- give your legal name, home address, personal phone, personal email or ID to anyone without asking you first, unless the law requires it;
- send your ID to any platform;
- accept money or settle any claim for you; or
- send notices about sites on your allow list.
How long it lasts. This authorization starts when you sign and stays in effect while your subscription is active. It ends when your subscription ends, when you turn off notices in your dashboard, or when you tell us in writing that you withdraw it. Ending it does not undo notices already sent. LeakVoid may still keep records and forward counter-notices about past notices.
Part 3. Your sworn statements
By signing, you declare under penalty of perjury under the laws of the United States that:
- I own or control these rights. For each work I register, I am the copyright owner, or I hold an exclusive license or written authority from the owner to enforce the copyright. If my company owns the work, I am authorized to act for my company.
- I made or have rights in these works. I created each work, or I acquired the rights in writing. If another person appears in or helped create a work, I have the rights needed to enforce it, or I have listed that person's sites on my allow list.
- The information I give is true. My name, stage names, creator accounts, official pages, allow list and the descriptions of my works are accurate and complete.
- I have not allowed the copies being targeted. I have not licensed, sold or given permission for the use of my works at the locations LeakVoid targets, except for sites on my allow list.
- Everyone shown is an adult who consented. Every person shown in my Registered Works was 18 or older when the content was made, and agreed to be recorded and to have the content published on my official pages.
- I authorize LeakVoid. I authorize LeakVoid to prepare notices for me and to send the notices I sign, as described in Part 2.
- I will keep this true. I will update my dashboard right away if any of this changes, including when I license my work to someone new.
I understand that each notice I sign includes a statement, made by me under penalty of perjury, that I am authorized to act for the copyright owner, and a statement that the information in the notice is accurate. I understand that a person who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material is infringing can be liable for damages under 17 U.S.C. 512(f).
Part 4. How notices are prepared and signed
LeakVoid finds copies by comparing image and video hashes of your Registered Works, and by using the links to your own uploaded works. It does not use facial recognition.
Exact copies. When the material is an exact or near-exact copy of one of your Registered Works, the location is not on your allow list or your official pages, and the location is not a review, commentary, news, forum discussion or similar site that LeakVoid's rules exclude, LeakVoid prepares a notice and puts it on your Sign notices screen. It does not send it yet. If a search engine links to the copy, LeakVoid also prepares a removal request for you to submit on the search engine's own form. That request is not on the Sign notices screen and is not sent by LeakVoid.
Uncertain matches. If a match is not an exact or near-exact copy, or the location is one that LeakVoid's rules exclude, LeakVoid shows it to you separately with this prompt before any notice is prepared:
Before you confirm, look at the page. Is it a full or large copy of your work? Or is it a small part used in a review, commentary, news story, parody or criticism? That kind of use may be fair use, which the law allows. Did you, or anyone you work with, give this site permission? If it may be fair use, or you are not sure, do not confirm. You can talk to a lawyer first.
If you confirm, you are confirming that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by you, your agent or the law, after considering whether it may be fair use. The notice then goes to your Sign notices screen.
Your signature on each notice. The Sign notices screen lists each notice in full: the work, the infringing links, the recipient and the two required statements. You sign by clicking "Sign and send." One click may sign several notices, but only the notices listed on that screen at that moment. Before you sign, you can untick or remove any notice. LeakVoid takes unticked notices off the list before your signature is recorded, so they are not signed or sent. LeakVoid sends a notice only after you sign it. We usually show new notices once a day.
If a site does not respond. If a website ignores a notice, LeakVoid may prepare a new notice to the site's host, the network provider above it, or its domain registrar. Each one goes on your Sign notices screen like any other notice, and goes out only after you sign it.
Part 5. What may become public, and what a counter-notice can mean
Please read this before you sign.
- Your signing name and owner name go in each notice. Platforms often pass a copy of the notice to the person who posted the content.
- Google shares copyright notices with Lumen. Google says it generally shares the name of the person who made the request, the rights holder's name, the reported links, the country, the date and other details with Lumen, a public database at Harvard. It says it does not share the contact information fields, such as email. The name you sign with and the owner name may become public there. That is why you can use a stage name.
- A counter-notice may mean a lawsuit in your legal name. If the person who posted the content sends a counter-notice, the platform may put the content back 10 to 14 business days later unless you file a lawsuit and tell the platform. A lawsuit usually has to be filed in your legal name, and for a United States work you usually need a copyright registration first. LeakVoid will forward any counter-notice right away, but it will not file a lawsuit for you. If you want to act, talk to a lawyer quickly.
- Some platforms may ask for your legal name. If a platform will not accept a stage name, we will ask you before we give it your legal name.
Part 6. Electronic signature and records
You agree to sign this authorization and each notice electronically. Your typed name and your click on the checkbox at checkout are your signature on this authorization. Your click on "Sign and send" is your signature on each notice listed on that screen, in the signing name you chose. Each has the same effect as a handwritten signature. You agree to receive this document and related notices electronically.
You can get a copy of this signed authorization at any time from Account > Legal documents, or by emailing hello@leakvoid.com. You may ask for a paper copy free of charge by emailing hello@leakvoid.com. You can withdraw your consent to electronic records by closing your account; doing so ends this authorization. To view these records you need a current web browser and a PDF reader.
We keep a record of each signature, including the time, your IP address, your account, the exact text you signed and, for notices, the exact notices listed on the screen when you clicked.
